Each of our learners have unique needs, and at iMeta we do our best to meet them where they are – in order to get people into work, or help them progress in their career. Developing new skills and preparing for your ideal job shouldn’t feel exhausting. Neurodivergent individuals sometimes need additional support, and we’re very proud of how we’re able to make our training work for everyone.
Feldon found our Digital Leadership and Management course, and saw it as an opportunity to gain the skills and confidence to lead and inspire teams, in the digital space.
Being neurodivergent, Feldon is very aware of his learning and workplace needs. Caroline, who was Feldon’s trainer foe the duration of his Digital Leadership and Management course, was able to adapt classes to Feldon’s needs while staying inclusive and keeping him part of the wider class. Since graduating, iMeta has continued to support Feldon in his entrepreneurial journey and helping him get set up in self-employment.
Opeyemi came to us as a recruitment coordinator in the NHS, looking to advance in her career. She embarked upon our Digital Leadership and Management course, learning the key skills needed to drive organisational change and manage large digital projects. She also took advantage of all of our career support services – including our CV clinics, our confidence and conflict resolution workshops, and networking sessions.
Finlay showed a natural talent for cybersecurity at school – but university didn’t really work out for him. At iMeta, we were able to harness his passion and connect him with a learning plan that worked. Outside of our training, we were able to help Finley advance on the skills he learned from his ace CompSci teacher, get his CV and career goals aligned, and advocate for him at the Cyber Security Apprenticeship he recently landed for himself.
iMeta goes beyond just training people for a certificate – we make IT work for you.
Patrycja got a taste for data analytics, after covering her manager’s shifts in her old warehousing operative job. She took our Business Data Analytics Associate course and opened up new career paths for herself. iMeta helped Patrycja take ownership of her own professional development – leading her to get noticed by her management, and onwards to a promotion at work. We supported her with interview technique, CV support and developing her soft-skills.
